Part 1 - Tools for YOUR Well-Being Toolbox
Everyday offers up new challenges. Whether at work, in our relationships, or within ourselves, we could all use a few "tools" to help us work through those challenges, as small or as large as they may be. Tailored for adults, this class offers mindful knowledge, skills and strategies to support you and foster all of the qualities listed below. With the right tools, we can all grow and understand how mindfulness can help us in our everyday lives.

Part 2 - Tools and
for YOUR Well-Being Toolbox
Choose to resume learning, strengthening and enrich your skills and strategies of well-being. Revisiting the tools and resources introduced in Stop, Breathe & Be (Part 1) will bolster the foundation and practice of Mindfulness. In addition to exploring the topics offered in Part 1 in further depth, areas such as Positivity, Engagement, Relationships, Meaning, Achievement and Vitality will be introduced. CHOOSE to RESPOND and join us for connection, conversation and well-being.
Doylestown Township Parks and Recreation is excited to welcome Connie Meizinger as a new program instructor! Connie is a certified special and elementary educator, and has over 25 years experience as a learning support and inclusion public school teacher. She founded Connecting Mindfully after realizing the vast need for mindfulness training, applicable stress management tools and general well-being skills/strategies for people of all ages, in both their personal and professional lives. Connie has a Masters in Counseling from Arcadia University and a BS in Education from Gwynedd-Mercy University.
