With the right tools, we can all grow and understand how mindfulness can help us in our everyday lives.
Resilience to Stressors
Power of "Choice"

Ability to Notice
and many more helpful "tools" for your toolbox of well-being!
Part 2 - Tools and

Choose to resume learning, strengthening and enrich your skills and strategies of well-being. Revisiting the tools and resources introduced in Stop, Breathe & Be (Part 1) will bolster the foundation and practice of Mindfulness. In addition to exploring the topics offered in Part 1 in further depth, areas such as Positivity, Engagement, Relationships, Meaning, Achievement and Vitality will be introduced.
