Grab your canine companions and join us for a special "Dogs Only" swim event at Fanny Chapman Pool. There are 2 time slots for Large dogs and 1 for Small Dogs. Please double check your time slot when registering! Owners must be 18 and up to participate in this event. Each pool will have a separate entrance. Limited spaces available in each time slot!
Pre-registration is required - No walk-ins admitted.
Location: Fanny Chapman Pool - 10 McKinstry Drive, Doylestown, PA 18901
Middle Pool for Large Dogs (30 lbs +)
Toddler Pool for Small Dogs (29 lbs and under)
Session 1 (Large dogs ) 11:00 am -12:00 pm
Session 2 (Large Dogs) 12:30 pm -1:30 pm
Session 3 (Small Dogs) 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm
Fee: Dog Park (DP) members: $10/dog/session
Non-members: $15/dog/session
Please remember that dogs must be up to date on all vaccinations, including rabies and DHPP. In addition, a waiver must be signed and submitted before attending the event. It will be emailed and is available below. Paper copies will be available the day of the event.
Fido Float Guidelines.
. Participants will be required to sign a
"Release of Liability" waiver and provide verification of current vaccinations at time of
registration.
. Children under the age of 18 are not permitted at the event.
. One dog per person. Second dog will require an additional handler.
. Un-neutered dogs and dogs “in season” are not allowed.
. Owners are responsible for their dogs at all times.
. Owners must clean up after their dogs.
. Dogs must always be leashed except when in the pool.
. Dogs must wear a flat quick-release collar while in the pool.
. Do not bring food or beverages to the event. No glass is permitted.
. Canine life jackets are permitted.
. Owners are permitted up to “waist deep” with their dogs.
. Toys will be provided. Do not bring personal dog toys.
. Lifeguards will be on hand to assist humans.
. Doylestown Animal Medical Clinic will be on site for K-9 First Aid.
