These classes are designed to help you:

TML exercises are gentle, safe and easy to follow. By moving slowly and with attention your brain will "wake up" by perceiving the differences which allow for the power of the brain to create change.
TML classes are taught on a mat, in a chair, or standing. People of all ages and abilities can participate and learn at their own pace. Each class is 45 minutes long. Come to class in comfortable clothes and socks.
